PHCUOR Policy Development of the National Health Act

NPHD directors played pivotal roles in the drafting and signing into the law of the National Health Act (NHAct). We supported the National Primary Health Care Agency (NPHCDA) in conceptualising, developing and advocating for the national adoption of the Primary Health Care Under One Roof (PHCUOR) Implementation policy. Our team members participated actively in the Federal Ministry of Health Technical Working Group (TWG) to implement the NHAct and the PHCUOR. We developed, revised and tested the PHCUOR scorecard and related PHC governance tools.
